About CreditCraft
I work at the intersection of credit management, control, processes and systems. My experience was built in finance. I take on questions where processes take unnecessary time, numbers are not trusted, or people need to check the same work again and again.

Background
My work moved from credit and control into the design of reporting, processes and systems. It means I look at the numbers, the work behind them and the technology supporting it at the same time.
Credit and control in an international environment with €900M+ revenue across multiple countries. Lowered DSO, structured a factoring facility and led SAP S/4HANA reimplementation.
Standardized finance processes for 200+ locations under deal pressure. Set up reporting and ERP preparation for better control.
Finance and reporting for a €1B+ real-estate portfolio. Reduced management information to the signals that actually needed attention.
Other clients
For example, when receivables rise, a forecast is not trusted, the month-end close keeps slipping, data is fragmented or a process no longer fits the organization. Analysis may be needed, but often also someone to help deliver the improvement.
How I work
I want to understand why a step exists before changing it. I try to keep systems as simple as possible, but no simpler than the work allows. And when five experienced people perform the same Excel reconciliation every month, I first want to know why that reconciliation exists at all.
Sometimes that means automating. Sometimes it means redesigning a process, aligning definitions or putting ownership somewhere else.
What I bring
I can bring the finance content, process and technology into one conversation. That is particularly useful when a question does not fit neatly within one department or one system.
