These are a few systems and tools I designed and built myself. They are not standard products; each grew from a practical question in the work.

Quarter-end closing for EXACT & D365 Python
An automated closing package for HFM/JSOX environments. The quarter-end close went from around three working days to around one and a half hours; controls and output remain traceable.

Month-end closing module for EXACT & D365 Python
Runs inside a SmartView environment and automates recurring month-end work. From around three working days to a maximum of two hours, with fixed validation and control points.

PDF tool
An internal tool to merge, rotate, split and optimise PDFs. Built in around half an hour for work that otherwise required licences, and now used almost every day.

Expense system for SMEs
An audit-ready expense solution for smaller organizations, without the overhead of a large expense platform. Nearly complete.
Next step
Do you have a process with a lot of manual work?
It is worth first understanding what causes that work. Sometimes automation makes sense; sometimes a better export, agreement or process step is enough.
